Kristina Lupp
Kristina Lupp has worked as a professional chef in Toronto and Florence, Italy. She has travelled extensively to learn more about the cuisines of the world, and holds a Masters degree in Gastronomy from the University of Adelaide in Australia. Kristina currently resides in Tallinn, where she works as a writer and researches Estonian culinary history.
